    OfferGain does not guarantee any earnings, rewards, or outcomes.

  2. 2. Virtual Currency & Rewards

    All coins earned in OfferGain are virtual.

    Virtual coins do not represent real money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Reward availability may change or be removed at any time without notice.

    Rewards are subject to availability, third-party providers, and internal rules.

  3. 3. No Affiliation Disclaimer

    OfferGain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Google Play, PUBG, Free Fire, or any other third-party brands that may appear in the app.

    All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for reference purposes only.

  4. 4. Advertisements

    Watching advertisements is optional.

    Ads are provided by certified third-party ad networks.

    OfferGain does not control the content of third-party advertisements.

  5. 5. Fair Use & Account Suspension

    OfferGain reserves the right to:

    • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, manipulation, automation, or fraudulent behavior.
    • Remove earned coins obtained through violations of these Terms.
    • Decisions made for security and fairness are final.

  6. 6. Limitation of Liability

    OfferGain provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Lost rewards
    • App downtime
    • Third-party service interruptions

  7. 7. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
